After being away for a month or so…I’m back and ready to get caught up.

Over the past day or two I’ve been trying to fix stale transactions, the several hundred that have piled up over the past month….hopefully I took care of them all.

So with that said I’m releasing some items that have been in my inventory for a while. I had planned to release these months ago…but obviously things came up and I haven’t been in SL to release them. I hope you like them.

I do want to apologize to everyone who felt their IMs, notecards, and e-mails were ignored over the past month and a half. That was not my intention…..sometimes things are just beyond your control and I’m doing my best now to address everyone’s issues and concerns. For the most part I’m done fixing stale transactions, but if you have not received your item please resend me a notecard with your transaction history and I will fix it ASAP.

I’m releasing two new hairstyles today, both of which are limited edition releases. First, is Survive, which was released last year, but I brought back due to many requests after seeing a photograph posted up in my store. This hairstyle was tweaked a little, but not too drastically. Second, is Strength III. For the past 2 years I’ve done a hairstyle that involved a scarf and decided to keep going on with that tradition. The scarf is NOT color changing, it is only available in pink (because of Pixels in Pink), but that can easily be modified since the hairstyles are mod (if you choose to).

Since we are required to use official SLRFL vendors, when we sell toward the cause, I’ve limited the number of packs available. They are only available in Naturals I, Naturals II, Elika’s Pack, and Willow Pack (All colors). These packs will be the ONLY ones available for these hairstyles. They are also priced more expensive since they are for charity, L$400 for the smaller packs and L$2000 for the fat pack. 100% goes to charity. Which means I do not receive a single Linden for any of these, so I didn’t raise the prices for my benefit…but rather for the benefit of the American Cancer Society. Prices are non-negotiable.

I hope you like them, more importantly I hope you purchase them. The proceeds go toward an amazing cause, so if you don’t want to purchase the hair please consider making a donation through the various kiosks throughout the grid.

Yesterday marked the official kick off to SL’s Relay for Life fund raising season. This time of year is always exciting for me, because it’s a time when the residents of SL join together and work toward a common cause.

Being a supporter of the American Cancer Society, in real life, I was excited to learn that SL also hosted a Relay For Life event (back in ‘06). My original team was Pixels In Pink, but last year I didn’t get to participate due to my own drama with tumors (non cancerous-thank goodness!) as well as some other health issues that kept me from being totally committed. I did try my best to help raise funds for the cause last year, but now I’m BACK! Back on my original team (ty Torrid & Zyrra for letting me back in!) and I’m ready to get started and raise money for a good cause! On that note:

In keeping with my SLRFL tradition, I will be making my offer once again to match your donations linden for linden. What that means is: if you donate to any one of my kiosks located in my store I will match it 100%. If you donate L$1 I will also donate L$1. If you donate L$100,000 I will also donate L$100,000. After the relay itself (sometime in July) I will total up all the donations from all 3 kiosks in my store and I will donate that total amount. The amounts in each kiosk are clearly marked via floating text.

In addition to, the donation matching I will also be releasing limited edition items with 100% of it going to the cause. The Pixels in Pink team also has some exciting things to come in the future so keep an eye out for that.

I hope you take me up on my offer to double your contributions. Its for a good cause.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to do anything fun for the customers and I couldn’t wait for St. Patty’s day to roll around.

So basically it is a hunt to find “lucky clovers” around my island that contain goodies inside.  It’s on now!

I limited it to 5 clovers to hunt for, so people don’t spend so much time on the sim (we all know how sucky the lag is on ETD). They’re hidden on ETD Isle only! Once you find the clover simply purchase it for L$0 and a folder with the contents will be delivered to your inventory. They are labeled “Lucky Clover 1, Lucky Clover 2″ etc etc.

The goodies: (click the big ad above to see the details of the goodies)!

1. Elikapeka Hair. This hair is something I did for myself last year on my 2 y/o rezzday. It’s an older style “Knotted” (as you see in this old ad) that I updated the bangs and the texture on and some other minor prim work. I don’t ever plan on releasing it, but I thought it would be fun to include them in this hunt. They are only in Emerald, Black Green, and Platinum Green colors (in keeping with the holiday spirit).

2. Oversized Square Sunglasses in Lucky Green. These are a future release. A pair of sunglasses I just recently made, but won’t be available in different colors. I thought it would be fun to do a green pair.

3. Wedge Pumps in 10 colors. These are a pair of shoes I made back in December when I was still using one of those freebie sculpt programs. I made them before I switched to Maya and I wasn’t going to release them. Rather than delete them I figured they might be a good freebie shoe. The come in 10 colors and are all included in the clover.

4. Hampton Wedge in Lucky Green. I purposely didn’t release a green-green color version of this over the weekend because I knew I wanted to give out a green version for this. So here it is. A freebie green version.

5. Fedora. Obviously just a green fedora hat.

Well I hope you like the stuffs and you have some fun. Oh and I hope there isn’t too much lag. This hunt will last through this Saturday, March 15th at 11:59 PM SLT. After that these items will no longer be available (with the exception of the wedge pumps) those will probably end up being in the freebie section.

Update:

I put Charley back up but with the following changes:

1. In each pack it includes all the colors in a scripted version (hat changes color by touch menu). These are set to no modify/copy/transfer. No way around it, it seems.

2. ALSO I’ve included an unscripted version that has the regular permissions of modify/copy/no transfer. The hat color is black and there is no option to change the texture automatically, but since it’s modify you can do that on your own if you so wish to.

I apologize for taking it down so long, but I’ve been trying to figure out a work around with no luck. So have fun with the inventory bloat…especially if you buy a fat pack lol because that’s like 240 wigs or something.

ETD Charley has been temporarily taken down and is not available for purchase anywhere. Currently working an issue with the permissions. So with that said I have a question:

Would you prefer to have the hairstyle:

1. NO Modify, Copy, and NO Transfer

2. Modify, NO Copy, and No Transfer (don’t ask me how that’s possible, but with messed up scripts it is)

3. Modify, Copy, No Transfer, but no ability to change the color of the hat (and I will choose a default color..probably black).

4. Any other suggestions?
